This was a total dream session because I got to shoot in three totally different locations. We started our session in one of Stephanie's favorite cities, Downtown Detroit. We meandered around the DIA which is unquestionably a staple spot in any Detroit engagement session, but there are so many beautiful buildings in the area so of course we stopped at a few that caught our eye. It was important to Stephanie that we got some shots with the Detroit River, as she is a lifelong lover of the water and spends most of her time on lake St. Clair.
Well, we made it happen! We headed on over to a little beach spot on the river and had the most fun splashing in the water. I was thankful for two things: 1) We had warm-ish weather despite it being a late October day and 2) Stephanie and Chris were great and went along with my ideas without hesitation. This made for some super fun, unique photos to commemorate their engagement.
Stephanie & Chris- I had such a great day with you two, and I thank you for being amazing & trusting clients who were so open to different locations and ideas. I hope you love your photos as much as I do, and I cannot wait for your wedding.
